Research Interests

My research interests are in the use of neuroimaging (MEG/EEG, fMRI, DTI) to study brain dynamics and connectivity in cognitive processing, and how these are compromised by normal ageing, brain damage, neuropsychiatric disease, and neurochemical manipulations.

I recieved a BSc in Psychology & Philosophy from the University of Warwick in 2006 and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of York in 2007. My masters project applied a range of connectivity measures (phase synchronization, mutual information, multivariate autoregressive modelling, graph theory) to source (beamformer) -localized MEG data, in order to study patterns of functional integration associated with conscious perception of a stimulus.
